  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Add in the peanut butter and honey. Mix well.
  3. Stir in oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (use a spoon or your hands).
  5. Place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
