Gentle Ginger Mint Tea for Digestion
A calming herbal tea that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and brings a little moment of peace into a busy day. Perfect after meals or before bed.
Ingredients (1 cup):
- 2–3 thin slices fresh ginger
- A few fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup hot water
- Optional: squeeze of lemon or drizzle of honey
Instructions:
- Add ginger and mint to a mug. Pour hot water over.
- Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Add lemon or honey if desired. Sip slowly.
Double the recipe and keep it in a thermal bottle to sip throughout the day.
