Banana Oat Smoothie (Great for Moms & Kids)
A creamy, naturally sweet smoothie that’s filling, energizing, and full of fiber. Great for breakfast, afternoon pick-me-ups, or school run fuel.
Ingredients (Serves 1–2):
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional for extra creaminess)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or to-go cup. Enjoy immediately!
Make smoothie packs in freezer bags with banana, oats, and nut butter — just add milk when ready to blend!
