Gentle Ginger Mint Tea for Digestion

A calming herbal tea that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and brings a little moment of peace into a busy day. Perfect after meals or before bed.

Ingredients (1 cup):

  • 2–3 thin slices fresh ginger
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon or drizzle of honey

Instructions:

  1. Add ginger and mint to a mug. Pour hot water over.
  2. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Add lemon or honey if desired. Sip slowly.

Double the recipe and keep it in a thermal bottle to sip throughout the day.
