- 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add in the peanut butter and honey. Mix well.
- Stir in oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (use a spoon or your hands).
